- All packages and services more than 2 hours long will be secured with a credit card.
- We kindly ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice.
- Guests who fail to arrive to three scheduled appointments will be asked to provide a credit card number to be kept on file. 100% of the scheduled service fees will be charged to the credit card number provided on file.
- Gift cards are good for services and products only, they can not be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.
- To ensure stylist's availability we recommend you prebook your next appointment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We base our prices on an individual education level within the Avant career path. We feel confident in recommending all our team members, regardless of price, to any of our guests.
- If you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, or Renova, please consult with your Esthetician prior to your appointment.
- We enforce a two-week policy on all products purchased at Avant with the exception of makeup. All makeup sales are final.
- Redos on services must be done within two weeks from the original service.
- All Spa Finder and Spa Wish gift cards are redeemable for services only.
- At Avant Salon and Spa we want to provide a relaxing experience for you as well as for others. For you and your child's safety we ask no children in strollers or carriers be brought to the salon unless supervised by a friend or family member in the waiting area. Children who can sit quietly and be left unsupervised will be asked to sit in the waiting area. Only those who are receiving services are allowed on the service floor.
